Introductory and behaviour classes for adolescent and adult dogs

Life Skills Class

Basic training + life skills class

This group class covers the basics from attention & focus, loose leash walking, recall, place, leash reactivity  prevention, polite greetings and more. Learn how to motivate your dog using reward based training!

Throughout the class we also discuss important topics such as dog body language, setting up your dog for success and how to take your skills to real life. A PDF package & how to videos are included with this course. Classes are capped at 6 students to ensure everyone receives a quality experience.

6 weeks total - 1 hour per class

*Note that this class is suitable for vaccinated dogs and puppies 4 months of age and older who are people and dog friendly. Please email if you have questions about the class!

Life Skills - Reactivity 

A structured group class to help you work through your dog's leash reactivity

New! Does your dog barks, lunge and growls at other dogs or other triggers on a leash? Then this course is for you! 

This 6-week long class consists of 1 virtual session and 5 in person group class sessions to give you all of the tools you will need to understand your dog's reactivity, manage it and modify it in your daily lives. Learn why dogs become reactive, and what skills you'll need to help your dog make better choices. Become your dog's best trainer!

Classes are set up in a very specific format to allow for gradual exposure to triggers in order to build coping skills - note that this is not a regular group style obedience class - you are set up for sucess! Maximum 4 dogs per course.

Proof of current vaccines including rabies is mandatory for the course. Note: This class is force free - if you are currently using a prong, choke or e-collar please contact us for options and we can help your transition. If your dog is reactive towards people or has a damaging bite history (broken skin) please contact us for options as this may not be the right course for you.
